Work space matters, and young people have different views than the older generation on the importance of work space environment. I agree with them and think our system of value is out of whack. Companies will pay a tech worker $8K a month while management agonizes over whether they should spend $350 per month for each employee’s space or opt for the cheaper space that costs $275.
